HTML

HTML seems pretty interesting, but pretty difficult and confusing. I'm looking forward to understanding it and being able to write in html. My question is: how was html created? How did Tim Berners-Lee teach the first computer to understand html code and how did he do it? What was the thought and method behind its creation?

sorry i'm posting late.

I'm looking forward to weekly blog posts; I don't get to write as much as I like and I've enjoyed my blogging experiences in other classes that have employed blogger or wordpress in the curriculum. I suppose that's it - mostly just looking forward to writing more and gaining a better understanding of online journalism and communication.
